Hi All!I mince ours, place it on a regular spoon, & immediately swallow it down (on an empty stomach) w/about 4 ounces of filtered water or fresh juice...I also like to put raw onion rings & whole cloves in my homemade sauerkraut- our 2 year old LOVES grabbing fist-fulls of kraut off my plate & eating it!For me, the biggest struggle has been remembering to actually TAKE it! I'm good for a few days, than something distracts me & eventually I don't take any at all... :oPOnly recently have I decided I absolutely MUST be more disciplined about taking my raw garlic.I do NOT want to find myself at the mercy of a medically-minded doc & get pumped full of their drugs or vax...(And, don't think a well-meaning doc won't try to slip something in on you or a loved one- happens ALL the time... it's nothing personal, they just are firmly convinced that they know better than you & to heck w/your right to refuse treatment...)(Our daughter was 10 weeks early & all sorts of interventions were done in the NICU because it was "standard" practice. We learned about them only AFTER the fact, & ONLY because we actually read her chart. Most of the nurses actually tried to discourage us from doing so...We were consulted only on the issues that actually required additional consent forms...)So, that being said- I'm inspired by the posts of others here who use raw garlic on a regular basis & have found success in curing their illness & dis-ease w/it. I cut mine into quarters,

first cut with the grain, second cut against the grain.

Then I dip them in Olive to act as a lubricant and to cover the smell,

then down the hatchet like a handful of pills.

PS. I take 4 to 6 cloves every day - I'm a big guy = 6'1". Use the

150 rule to determine individual dosage, but don't let that stop you

from taking more if you want.

You can take this by the dropperful or the

tablespoonful, since it is hard if not impossible to overdose on it.

You can even take the mash before you press it. It's quite good, and

can be used as a condiment.

Nature’s Anti-biotic Food

 

1/3

cup raw Garlic cloves

 

1/3

1/3

to 1 Habanero Hot Pepper (more if you like)

cup raw Apple Cider Vinegar

For extra potency you

can also add 1/3 cup of Turmeric and 1/3 cup of Cilantro

 

Note Well: Do not stir with a

silver spoon or your mixture will turn green!

Peel garlic cloves and put them in

a blender. Peel and cut onion in half and then into

quarters and toss into blender. Wash horseradish and

ginger root and cut 1/4 inch circles and place in blender. Toss

in the hot pepper and pour the apple cider vinegar over the blender

contents and blend to a thick applesauce consistency. Add

more apple cider vinegar if needed to blend. Should your

salsa end up too watery, then strain off some of the vinegar and use it

on a salad. Again: Do not allow

this mixture to contact silver or it will be ruined. Store

in a pint or quart jar. Refrigeration is not required

but you can keep it in the fridge if you prefer it cold.

Eat as a

condiment or dip. A number of people have told me they

really like to use it as a salad dressing, or instead of using

Horseradish with their roasts.

Some of you who have made Total

Tonic will recognize this recipe. Yes this is nature’s

anti-biotic as well as a delicious food. Its

anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, anti-parasitical, and anti-viral

properties will keep you healthy. Should you feel an

illness coming on, we recommend taking an entire spoonful of White

Salsa every hour until your symptoms have completely disappeared.

 

To make

Total Tonic follow the above recipe, and pour the apple cider vinegar

just over the top of the contents and puree in your blender. Your

Total Tonic will be the thickness of a thin gravy. Put

the Total Tonic in a jar and shake several times a day for 14 days.

Strain off the liquid and you have

Total Tonic. Whenever possible, make your Total Tonic on

a New Moon and press it on a Full Moon. This practice is

an ancient one and ensures the most potent results. I

recommend that you have at least a pint on hand at all times, so make

it often! It works great for kids too.

What about Parkinson? Is it possible to cure with garlic? Or any other natural or herbal stuf? My friend's wife got Parkinson & don't have health insurance on top of it...Any good advise to help her? I'm surprised at the negatively based reactions to taking garlic.We use fresh raw garlic every evening with our dinners. I always peel and crush(to release the active compound) then dice. We spread it over everything and it brings out the taste of the food. We miss it if we accidently fail to include it.Our diet is organic and vegetable based. I'm currently giving up all meats ie; fish...chicken etc. because of the animal cruelty. We also do not eat any dairy products. I'm 57 and the healthiest I've ever been in my life.We also use tinctures for salad dressing and seaweed, cayenne and tumeric. I hear you on that Rainie,

We all need to start taking responsibility for our own health and the

food we eat.

If the trucks stopped running tomorrow, who's prepared in present time

to start growing their own?????????????

Total Tonic Recipe

or

"White Salsa" ;o)

 

 

Nature’s Anti-biotic Food

    1/3

cup raw Garlic cloves                            

    1/3

cup raw White Onion

    1/3

cup raw Horseradish                   

    1/3

cup raw Ginger Root

    1/4

to 1 Habanero Hot Pepper (more if you like)

    1/2

cup raw Apple Cider Vinegar

For extra potency you

can also add 1/3 cup of Turmeric and 1/3 cup of Cilantro

 

Note Well:  Do not stir with a

silver spoon or your mixture will turn green!

Peel garlic cloves and put them in

a blender.  Peel and cut onion in half and then into

quarters and toss into blender.  Wash horseradish and

ginger root and cut 1/4 inch circles and place in blender.  Toss

in the hot pepper and pour the apple cider vinegar over the blender

contents and blend to a thick applesauce consistency.  Add

more apple cider vinegar if needed to blend.  Should your

salsa end up too watery, then strain off some of the vinegar and use it

on a salad.  Again:  Do not allow

this mixture to contact silver or it will be ruined.  Store

in a pint or quart jar.  Refrigeration is not required

but you can keep it in the fridge if you prefer it cold.

Eat as

a

condiment or dip.  A number of people have told me they

really like to use it as a salad dressing, or instead of using

Horseradish with their roasts.

Some of you who have made Total

Tonic will recognize this recipe.  Yes this is nature’s

anti-biotic as well as a delicious food.  Its

anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, anti-parasitical, and anti-viral

properties will keep you healthy.  Should you feel an

illness coming on, we recommend taking an entire spoonful of White

Salsa every hour until your symptoms have completely disappeared.

 

To make

Total Tonic follow the above recipe, and pour the apple cider vinegar

just over the top of the contents and puree in your blender.  Your

Total Tonic will be the thickness of a thin gravy.  Put

the Total Tonic in a jar and shake several times a day for 14 days. 

Strain off the liquid and you

have

Total Tonic.  Whenever possible, make your Total Tonic on

a New Moon and press it on a Full Moon.  This practice is

an ancient one and ensures the most potent results.  I

recommend that you have at least a pint on hand at all times, so make

it often!  It works great for kids too.

Parkinson's takes more

Hi All!

 

I mince ours, place it on a regular spoon, & immediately swallow it

down (on an empty stomach) w/about 4 ounces of filtered water or fresh

juice...

 

I also like to put raw onion rings & whole cloves in my homemade

sauerkraut- our 2 year old LOVES grabbing fist-fulls of kraut off my

plate & eating it!

 

For me, the biggest struggle has been remembering to actually TAKE it!

I'm good for a few days, than something distracts me & eventually I

don't take any at all...  :oP

 

Only recently have I decided I absolutely MUST be more disciplined

about taking my raw garlic.

 

I do NOT want to find myself at the mercy of a medically-minded doc

& get pumped full of their drugs or vax...

(And, don't think a well-meaning doc won't try to slip something in on

you or a loved one- happens ALL the time... it's nothing personal, they

just are firmly convinced that they know better than you & to heck

w/your right to refuse treatment... )

(Our daughter was 10 weeks early & all sorts of interventions were

done in the NICU because it was "standard" practice. We learned about

them only AFTER the fact, & ONLY because we actually read her

chart. Most of the nurses actually tried to discourage us from doing

so...

We were consulted only on the issues that actually required additional

consent forms...)

 

So, that being said- I'm inspired by the posts of others here who use

raw garlic on a regular basis & have found success in curing their

illness & dis-ease w/it. I hope to be able to join your ranks

soon!  :o)

quarters,

first cut with the grain, second cut against the grain. 

Then I dip them in Olive to act as a lubricant and to cover the smell,

then down the hatchet like a handful of pills.

PS.  I take 4 to 6 cloves every day - I'm a big guy = 6'1".  Use the

150 rule to determine individual dosage, but don't let that stop you

from taking more if you want.

Dear Rick,

I think he was being positive, not negative.  Re-read his post again. 

Garlic is miraculous and that is for sure.  If I could only have one

herb, it would be garlic.
