swollen lymph node or something else?

For about a year and a half I had a hard knot on my mastoid (right behind my ear on my skull). In the past year it has become a flat soft squishy bubble.  Now recently I have noticed I have 2.  I looked up several things and it could be my retroauricular lymph node.  What should I do?  I have been putting Calcium bentonite clay on it about evey day for 2 weeks..Should I be worried about this?
