what to take for mercury amalgam removal and later chelation

hello all,

my intuition has finally convinced me to remove my mercury fillings, maybe its

the swollen lymph node in my neck also :) and the soreness in my jaw :(...the

time is now...

 

i see the dentist on thursday and this is just an exam which will lead to the

removal some time later

 

i am wondering what i can take to help with this process:

i have the tooth recipe thank you very much!

 

more i am interested in how to possibly help with the chelation of mercury
