Carlson brand is the one I take. They are free of all pollutants and have been tested many many times. Go to their website for info.

{Herbal Remedies} fish oil-mercury levels

Dear All

With all the talk of unsafe mercury levels in fish , is it safew to take fish oil supplements. I would have thought it would be the oil/fat of the fish that is where the mercury would be stored

Any info wold be good

Cheers

You might consider Neptune Krill oil. It is a finer oil and can enter the

cells easier. Research your fish oils, some do say they are mercury free

from reputable companies.
