Guest guest
Hello Michael. This message is for the whole group. I added a paragraph at the end. As you know we are not allowed to diagnose or prescribe. We only educate. Swollen lymph glands usually indicates that they may need to dump toxins. Inversion therapy is good for reversing the body flows and can empty lumph and get it moving again. Hang over your bed or use a slant board - anything to get your head and neck lower. Blocked lymph can also be loosened by hot and cold packs or showers done with as hot as you can stand the water and as cold as you can stand it. Massage in the area is also recommended whenever or in the shower as you are doing the hot and cold. I am attaching an article that Doc wrote on hot and cold. If you have an infection, if I were you I'd take 4 - 6 cloves of raw garlic a day or our Total Tonic formula and Echinacea. Also, Michael, be sure and wear natural fiber, loose clothing = no tight polyester shirt collars or ties. Lymph flow is restricted with the slightest pressure on the skin. Keep us posted on how you are doing.
