Guest guest
Such a sad story Sage. Thank you for sharing it with us. I have shared before I used to be over medicated, I was sick of the highs and lows and medical problems that were my lot in life. I was sick of high medical costs and I decided to take my health into my own hands. I have never looked back and yes sometimes I have to go to a doctor, but hardly ever. I also have a homeopathic doctor and an Chinese acupuncturist & herbalist. I rarely see any of them. I read everything I can get my hands on and 15 years ago I saw a neurologist who told me I was dying from prescription medication interactions. He told me the ones to get off of right away and suggested I slowly withdraw from the others, I promptly did what he recommended. I was being prescribed 27 different meds. That should be criminal. I dropped to 23 that same day and withdrew at different intervals from all of the other ones. Took me almost 3 years. I rarely use an asthma inhaler these days except for a crisis, but have found herbals that work just as well. I hate prescription drugs, it is unwise to mix prescription drugs and herbals. Long story short, do the research, follow Doc's CD's and do cleanses. Keep your body pure and free of processed foods and contaminants. The air we breath is contaminated folks, so you have to cleanse at least once a year. Two or three times is better if one becomes toxed up and let me tell you once you cleanse yourself you will know when you are toxed up again. It's so liberating and gives you so much energy. I have several sources that I purchase herbs from these days and make my own tinctures for the most part. I started by using Doc's ready made tinctures to see how they worked. Wow what a surprise for me when they did. Times are tough, but getting a starter bottle from Doc as you need one of the tinctures will make a believer out of you. Economically I found that I could get more bang for my buck by learning to make myself, plus Doc provides all the recipes for us in the files. We need an herbalist in every household. Yours in Knowledge, Health and Freedom, Doc Micki wrote: Such a sad story Sage. Thank you for sharing it with us.
