While i realize this is not a recipe group, per se...

I think some of us may have some difficulty

knowing or figuring out ways to eat it raw...

It can be put into a freshly made salad dressing...

and beyond that?...what?...

In eggs at the last minute...so it does not get too heated...

on toast...after it comes out of the oven / toaster...

does it lose much benefit if put in at the last minute of sauteing green beans...

just before serving?..

thanks for any help here..

Bryan,

When you refer to "cloves" do you mean the pieces of the whole cluster....or do you mean 3 entire clusters?

Garlic. Raw Garlic and lots of it.Realize that the average Joe eats really really really really bad.91% of the things the average American eats does not fit Webster'sdefinition of the word food. I strongly suggest you try to eat nothingbut organic and eat lots of fresh raw vegetables. As for Cholesterol:Raw Garlic WILL Handle it and (I'm gonna say what has become a dirtyword) 'exercise' will help tremendously. Garlic is pure magic forCholesterol and High Blood Pressure. Eat as much as you can and if youblow chunks it will clean your stomach for the next dose. Minimum dosefor high Cholesterol would be three cloves a day.Best of health~B On Thu, 2009-03-26 at 19:32 +0000, Chris wrote:> What herbal natural miracles can help lower this? Not to mention that the cholesterol scam rates waaaay up there with the best of them....

Cholesterol is an absolutely necessary part of your body make up. That scam is one of the biggest money makers. Not to mention blood pressure..

But the advice below is great for almost any health issue.--- On Tue, 4/7/09, jarusso7 <jarusso7 wrote:
