I think some of us may have some difficulty knowing or figuring out ways to eat it raw... It can be put into a freshly made salad dressing... and beyond that?...what?... Cholesterol is an absolutely necessary part of your body make up. That scam is one of the biggest money makers. Not to mention blood pressure..
