Guest guest
Since the beginning of "Spring" (I live in Ohio) my husband and I have both noticed and huge increase in (sorry for the lack of fancy words) boogers!  So much that it's limiting our ability to breath!  I thought it was just me where I was in my cycle but he said he was having the same problem.  We just got a new air filter to help but we leave our windows open all night long.  Last night I noticed I was having sticky mucus in my nasal opening in my throat.  I did the neti pot before bed and felt horrible going to bed...like I just gave myself sinus pressure.  This morning I woke up coughing and just felt all around crappy and the mucus is even thicker.  Is anyone else experiencing this with the weather change?  Also I am just leaning about betzonite(sp) clay and all the healing properties.  As some of you know I suffer from dry, scaly skin.  I am trying all kinds of things to try to figure out why I am having this and have had it all my life.  We are about to get a rhino whole house filter to see if the "crap" in the water is causing this.  But I started to read that the toxins in your body get sort of trapped and manifest in your skin through acne and dry skin etc.  Does any one else take the clay internally?  Do you have any advise on this stuff?  Get the scoop on the live music scene in your area and hit a show tonight. Guest guest
Does any one else take the clay internally? Do you have any advise on this stuff? I have recently started to take Pascalite, a special form of bentonite, internally. I brush my teeth with it, and afterwards I just squirt some in the waterglass and gulp it down. Pascalite has a nice fresh taste. No dramatic results, just the peace of mind that my body can get rid of heavy metals and other pollutants this way. Guest guest
It's taken me about 2 hours to actually "wake up" after I've already woke up. I think I'm drinking enough water...I'm urinating a lot of clear urine. I have broken out like crazy!!! But the mucus isn't coming out so I don't know what color...the dried mucus is green...also, a couple of weeks ago dh and I both had bloody dried mucus. I hope that helps. I've been taking ashwahganda to hopefully help with possible adrenal fatigue. Thanks! Guest guest
Hi Ian: I read on the Pascalite, Inc. Site that it contains (among other things) aluminum, cadmium and nickel. Since these are heavy metals, how can ingesting Pascalite that has heavy metals in it actually rid your body of heavy metals?? ~Amber ---- I have recently started to take Pascalite, a special form of bentonite, internally. Guest guest
I, too live in Ohio and I can can tell you this, we are still experiencing cold weather. When I left this morning at 7:55 I had to scrape frost off of my windows. It is obvious that you have a cold, most likely an infection (since your mucus is green). You need to STOP sleeping with your windows open. Most people think this is healthy, but it is obvious that this is the problem since your symptoms did not appear until you moved here and slept with windows open. We sleep with windows open only when temps are 65 and above at night. You can take echinacea and goldenseal, olive leaf extract, and eat raw pumpkin seeds and see if this does not help with your symptoms. You also might make a small onion poultice and place on sinuses, being careful to keep away from eyes and being careful not to burn yourself. Cooked onions will pull out infection. Guest guest
Raw garlic and good exercise will help tremendously if not knock it out right away. Doc's Total Tonic Would be the best. Learn how to make it or buy a bottle from Organic Solutions #828-835-8071 Best ~B P.S I take charcoal and bentonite clay internally and it's great stuff for absorbing toxins and getting rid of old pharmaceutical poisons. Guest guest
Thanks for the advise. I've always lived in Ohio and always kept my windows open. I think using the Neti Pot that one night helped because I feel fine now. Go figure! Guest guest
Regarding Adrenal fatigue and "the change". If this is referring to menopause, I used the GB4000 Frequency Generator (Rife Technology) to get me through this. I just turned 50 and I am completely free from all symptoms of menopause. I also had adrenal fatigue a few years ago. It was quite extreme. I also used the GB4000 for that and it resolved the problem right away. If you want more information on Rife Technology, do a Google Search on "The Life Story of Royal Raymond Rife".Good health to you all!Pamela Spicer

I have put on about 20lbs in the last month.. thanks to the full moon water retention .. most of the weight is just fluid.. I use to have great looking calfs.. now I have tree trunks.. LOL I just need a way to get rid of this water weight.. is it possible with pregnancy? __________ Information from ESET NOD32 Antivirus, version of virus signature database 4006 (20090414) __________The message was checked by ESET NOD32 Antivirus.http://www.eset.com
Guest guest
It seems counter intuitive but DRINK WATER. Guzzle it. Your body is retaining it in desperation. You aren't getting enough so it is holding on to every smidgen it can. Eat foods high in water. As always, get your total nutrition. Cayenne is good stuff too, but for water retention, just drink. I would be leary of using things that dry you up this far along in pregnancy. You do need the amniotic fluid, and those things that dry you up also dry up your milk. It isn't coming out yet but your body is beginning preparations.
