Guest guest
All the herbs listed to help are wonderful for menopause. They helped me a lot. Are you getting enough fat in your diet? The GOOD fats, such as the Omegas? Biotin is also good for strengthening hair and nails. As I mentioned in an earlier post, I take Niacin to raise the levels of my good cholesterol and one of the benefits I found was thickening hair. Guest guest
I recommend Docs Total Nutrition and Body Balance+. The Total Nutrition is going to give your body all of the vitamins it needs and the Body Balance is high in iron and has iodine so it is going to support your blood as well as your thyroid. A good ole' Total Body Cleanse is most likely more than needed as well! I also have a problem with female hair loss, that seemed to start when perimenopause hit me hard 5 years ago. It seems as though my hair has not grown in 5 years and has gotten thinner and more fragile. I am a woman and my hairline is receding. I know there is new growth but it never gets longer as the ends seem to wear away. What do you do if you don't eat meat or organ meats as suggested in "Traditional "? I am new to eating raw foods and am not 100% (About 2 months in). My fingernails are taking a hit too. Lots of vertical ridges, splits, and general weakness. Any suggestions out there that won't cost a fortune in supplements? Attachment: vcard [not shown]
