I dont plan on using garlic. I also take 500 mil of primrose ( just starting) I also just started taking Estro-G balance for women because Im menopausal .. I take 5000 mcg of biotin as well for thinning hair.. are all these safe to take together ? And Am I taking the right dose? I was having a lot of hot flashes and anxiety and since using the Frequencies, my monthly cycle has stopped completely, no more hot flashes or anxiety. I feel amazing. I just turned 50.
