and a good exercise program. Take as needed of course. If the user has an

Asthma attack have 'em take some and it will calm the breathing. Make your

own Lobelia tincture or just stick with tea. You can buy dried Lobelia at

most health food stores. Make your tea or tincture from the dried seed pods

of the Lobelia Inflata. Organic Solutions sells the highest quality Organic

Lobelia tincture on the market. So give OS a call if you for some reason

don't want to do the work yourself. 1-888-898-9660

Organic Solutions and was amazed at the results. I also wanted to get off

of anti-convulsants for seizure disorder. I succeeded. Haven't had a

seizure for many years now. Lobelia is good for both asthma and will stop a

seizure. Some people use it to purge the lungs, I've done it this, but it

was pretty hard on me. Lung cleansing with Lobelia, is something Bryan or

Doc will have to talk about. I've done it a few times.

I also wanted to learn to make my own tinctures, but would not hesitate to

order something from OS if I needed one I don't have. I love their recipes,

they are easy to put together and store. I use dark glass for the final

bottling process. It protects the tincture from sunlight and it will last

practically forever. My suggestion is to try Organic Solutions first, if

you like it make your own, but if you can't or do not have the time, their

products are excellent.
