Not sure about how much raw sea vegetables. Maybe a handful. Uncertain. I figure Doc's got it all worked out with the Total Nutrition.

Two tablespoons in the morning will replace breakfast and give your body all the protein it needs for the whole day. Of course if you're 300 pounds you would want to take a little more and if you were only 90 lbs you could get away with only a tbs. The nice thing about Total Nutrition is its got everything else too. The Wheat Grass and the Barley Grass are high in live enzymes and contain protein. The Beet Root and the Spinach are high in Iron and Calcium. Rose hips, Orange and Lemon peel make the drink taste great and enhances it with REAL Vitamin-C. The Nutritional Yeast is grown on beets and is the richest source of B complex I know of. Astragalus is the main metabolism herb so it's great for energy and losing or gaining weight. The difference between TN and other nutritional supplements/ meal replacements is that Total Nutrition is immediately absorbed as the body recognizes it as food, not as a bellyful of rock. Total Nutrition is so valuable to the body. To just put some in your morning smoothie and know that you have all the vitamins and minerals your body needs -- priceless. I drink it every day and am energized and not hungry until 2:30 in the afternoon. It's amazing how great I feel when I drink Total Nutrition and how much work I can get done when I'm well fed. Another plus is that I save hundreds maybe even thousands a dollars a year on food. Say you eat at a breakfast diner every morning for $6.00. A month later you've spent $180.00 on junk food. Say you eat at home and only spend $3.25 each morning or $97.50 a month it's still not as cheap or as healthy as Total Nutrition. TN keeps me full until lunchtime and gives my body all the nutrition it needs for only $36. a month. Wow!!! It's easy to acquire. All you do is make a toll free call to Organic Solutions and get a bag.
