what's a vegetarian to eat for protein?

A vegetarian should eat sea vegetables for protein and sprouted nuts.

This is why Total Nutrition is such a life saver for vegetarians.

TN has purple Dulce, Spirulina and Chlorella. Ounce per ounce these sea vegetables have more protein than beef.

Soaked nuts and seeds are a great way for a vegan to get protein.

There are 19,950 milligrams of protein in 3.5 oz of raw Almonds.

It might be harder for you to get raw peanuts but if you can they have even more protein.

Roasted peanuts still have 26,000 milligrams of protein per 3.5 oz (about a handful).

Your average bean only has about 5,000 milligrams per handful.

Sprouts are also very high in protein. TN has wheat grass sprouts, barley grass sprouts and alfalfa sprouts.

Amaranth is supposedly easy to grow and is loaded full of protein.

There are 14,450 milligrams of protein in a 3.5 oz of Amaranth.

I'm going to get some seeds and grow some Amaranth this year.

I'll let the list know how they do. I can wait to harvest some and sprout the seed.

Yum Yum.

{Herbal Remedies} Soy

Soy:

Yes... Tofu has been around for a while.

Organic Soy is less harmful and Tofu & Soy Sauce are even better still because the fermenting process removes the enzyme inhibitors.

But even organic Tofu or Soy sauce still has Estorgen pre-cursor it it. Estorgen pre-cursors suck because they mess with the body's hormones and this is the main problem with Soy. Estorgen pre-cursors are a reason why so many female vegetarians are experiencing extra painful monthly cramps and other hormonal imbalances.

Regular GMO Soy milk is worst for you than regular Rice Milk.

GMO Soy milk is just as bad as regular hormone Milk but come on; they are both not food, on the contrary I would let them fall into the not food category.

Even Organic Soy milk will still throw the hormones out of whack and is simply not nourishment.

Raw Organic goat's milk and raw Organic almond milk would be at the top as the healthiest.

If you have Organic Almonds and a blender you can make some of the best raw sprouted almond milk ever.

It's weird enough that adult humans drink the bodily fluids of a 1,000 pound animal.

Goat's milk is closer to human mother's milk and is much better.

Raw organic sprouted almond milk is the best in my opinion.

P.S It's best to replace all Margarine products with Organic cold pressed Olive Oil and/or Coconut Oil.

On Thu,

Bryan,

Hasn't tofu been around for ages, I heard that tofu is good (we only buy organic) because it is fermented. Also, I'm wondering about margarine, we buy the non hydrogenated oil natural kind. Would it not be better to use the organic soy and rice products, rather than something like regular dairy and meat products (non-organic with hormones, etc.)? I try very hard not to buy any GMO or Monsanto related products. We are working on becoming " real vegetarians, " but I do enjoy the fake meat products (it's a hard transition after eating whatever you want most of your life)...we eat a lot of veggies and beans too. We're planning on growing soy beans in our garden this year, could you please elaborate on the reasons why soy is so bad?

Thanks,

Leah

{Herbal Remedies} Vegetarians and Vegans

Vegetarians please don't support unhealthy foods.

It's the cool thing in many parts of the country and many youths have adopted meat free diets but many new vegetarians & vegans are eating really destructive foods.

By all means be a vegetarian and eat vegetables like old school vegetarians. Don't go around looking for some fake meat. So make the choice and eat meat or don't.

This email is to educate people on some of the lies the corporations have created with vegetarians in mind.

Tofu: Made from soy so it is probably Monsanto's GMO. Soy is bad for the human body but was marketed as a healthy alternative to meat. Lets say you buy Organic Tofu. Its still made from soy. In the 1930es soy was studied by the FDA and proclaimed unfit for human consumption and only good for feeding live stock.

Margarine: Horrible for the body. Butter is much better for you than Margarine but they lied to the public saying that butter has loads of fat and Margarine has none. They told us butter is bad for you and Margarine is good. All lies. Margarine was originally created to fatten up turkeys. Millions of dollars were wasted when all the turkeys died. They didn't know what to do with Margarine as they had spent so much money on a horrible product but they found that small amounts would not kill humans so they put it in our grocery stores. Lastly: Margarine is only one molecule away from being plastic.

Soy Milk: Once again it's made from Soy and there is a more than 90% chance it is GMO. Humans are the only life form on the planet that drink milk after being fully grown. It seems strange that man would even drink the milk from another animal and even stranger that a vegetarian would drink fake milk to imitate another animal's milk. Man is truly weird.

Egg Replacement: Made from Soy protein isolate and whey proteins that come from Monsanto's bovine hormone and GMO corn fed cows. These cows are unhealthy as they produce more than twice the milk a dairy cow should and must be frequently injected with drugs to keep them alive.

Vegan Chicken Nuggets: This is my biggest issue with these new age vegetarians. They don't research how many life forms it kills to make a Vegan Chicken Nugget. Again they're made from GMO Soy. The pesticide they use to grow the Soy kills everything for miles. No other plant life survives in a Monsanto Soy field. All the native bugs in that field die and the honey bees are dying too.

Boca Burgers: Some are ok but most are made from GMO soy. There are some really good black bean burgers but in general it is best to stay away from Boca Burgers. It's so strange to me that so many vegetarians live off of fake meat, milk, cheese, eggs and margarine. Don't they want vegetables but fake animal flavors.

The above foods have very little or no nutrition. Vegetarians who live off these foods are usually unhealthy and have many health issues. Woman tend to have horrible monthly pains and men have mens complaints. It pisses me off that all my teenage friends who call themselves vegetarians don't eat many vegetables but instead support Monsanto and planetary slaughter.

Food is medicine

Why are so many of us sick and plagued with disease?

Let's say you have a beautiful plant but one day you decide to mix a tablespoon of motor oil in with the daily dose of water. The plant still looks great but as time goes by it starts getting some blemishes on its bark. It still looks healthy but what you don't see is that its roots are rotting and by the time the leaves are turning yellow it's too late. What went wrong here? You fed the plant harmful motor oil instead of pure water and good compost. Let's look at the teeth of a cow. A cow is an herbivore, their teeth are not sharp like a cats but are flat for the chewing of fresh grass. But man has taken these animals and fed them corn ( to fatten them up ), dead grass and it is not surprising that more than 90% of cows are diseased as this is not their proper diet. Now man has created brutal drugs to keep most of these cows alive and they have hormones that make the cow grow bigger and faster than it should. These drugs and hormones ruin the animal’s Liver and since many men care only for money, they do not care that the meat is of very poor quality for carnivores who eat it. Now carnivores are going through puberty at young ages and are fatter than ever. What went wrong with this one? We turned the cow into a carbovore* , poisoned its Liver, screwed up its hormones and did not feed him what he needs to survive. Let's look at a cat. Cats live on meat and their teeth are meant for breaking down the small rodents that they eat. If you feed a carnivore nothing but vegetables and grains, the carnivore dies. I'm not telling you anything you don't already know right? Let's look at a human’s teeth. This is strange. It looks as though they were herbivores but developed two sharp teeth for eating a little meat so we will call them omnivores. We were meant to eat mostly vegetables and an occasional mouse or egg here and there. A hundred years ago, mostly everybody had a garden but now everybody has a grocery store. Look at it this way. The Pharmaceutical companies and large corporations who supply the grocery store are the cattle rancher and we are the cows. Our main survival food " Vegetables " are full of pesticides, our meats are full of steroids, drugs and our unsprouted grains are genetically modified by 'Monsanto.' Our milk is dead as they pasteurize it (heat it to hundreds of degrees in temperature or irradiate it so as to kill it completely) and homogenize it. Wait a second..... Humans are the only species on the planet who consume milk after being weaned from their mama. Raw milk is good for you but it is illegal in most " " civilized " " countries. So we could point our finger at The Man for passing laws that made raw milk and medicinal plants illegal but we were the ones who stopped planting gardens and contributed money to their drugs, poisons, governments and GMO food. We are dying so young and the " ranchers " are achieving great wealth. We are the cows that eat nothing but grain and poison. We are the rabbits that eat meat. We get very little exercise as we watch TV so much.

This is why so many of us are sick and plagued with disease.

Solution:

We eat the way we should.

Humans have been found to live more then a hundred and twenty when they eat raw fruits, vegetables, sprouted grains, nuts and seeds without pesticides. These healthy 120 year olds get lots of exercise, drink fresh water (no fluoride) and raw goats milk and eat small amounts of organic meat. Exercise is very important (use it or lose it). If they didn't work 10 hours a day they would die. Your TV is in actuality killing you so throw it out and start exercising. Eat right, get exercise and plant a backyard garden...... or else.

*coined word meaning one who eats nothing but carbohydrates.

A *vegetarian* can eat fish, eggs, and dairy. A *vegan* would want to follow

the list given for proteins. A vegan eats NO animal products. " Nothing with a

face on it, or came from something with a face on it " as Doc would say.

Vegetarians are more into not consuming anything that causes harm to a warm

blooded creature. Eggs, of course, then are either non fertile, or completely

undeveloped (they don't become a living individual until incuabation starts - 10

hours of correct temperature and humidity).

Me, I am going vegetarian. I love my raw goat milk products (homemade of

course), eggs (on occasion) and fish (SUSHI!!). It's making a world of

difference for my health.

I have to disagree with that, A true vegetarian eats no meat at all, including

no chicken and no fish. A lacto-ovo vegetarian eats dairy products and eggs, but

no meat, fish, and poultry. then, a lacto vegetarian eats dairy products but not

eggs, whereas an ovo vegetarian eats eggs but not dairy products. a vegan eats

no flesh and no milk or dairy or honey. a person who eats a vegetarian diet but

still eats fish is called a pesci vegetarian. a semi vegetarian eats some fish

and chicken as well.

A stricter form of vegetarianism is veganism (pronounced: vee-

This area can be mind boggling and confusing. For me, I am more of a lacto vegetarian. I recently gave up eggs. THough I may eat one from time to time. I don't use milk, but cottage cheese, goat cheese, and sour cream as the only dairy. As I said before, rice and almond milk are my staples.
