Guest guest Posted March 2, 2009 Report Share Posted March 2, 2009 Hi .. get some traditional grain culture kefir and culture it every day with fresh milk .. use the kefir milk each day for excellent prebiotic, probiotic which survives the digestive acids, provides the colon and your whole system with wonderful benefits .. it is so good for so many diseases/disorders. Use some even as douche to start. It has many more beneficial microflora than yogurt for same uses. (Don't settle for the kefir powder as it is not the same). Also, culture some kombucha tea, drink some daily. It takes at least 5-7 days to get the first batch going however.
