Guest guest
Several years ago, I started to have knee issues. They started when I was jogging. I stopped jogging, and it became increasingly painful to jog, then to even walk became painful. about 3 years ago, I got laid off, and used the time (and continuation of medical benefits) to have my knee looked at, and an arthroscopy done. They found a bunch of shredded cartilage, and pulled that out. Then the recovery started. During the recovery period, it was worse that it had been before surgery. Then, over time, things got better. Unfortunately, I have never been able to resume jogging (much to my wife's disappointment), and the symptoms never went away entirely. I have been taking TN (not 100% faithfully) for the last year, and have also had some success with CS and H2O2. But the symptoms are coming back, and I really would like to be able to jog again (for more than 1 block). What would be the most beneficial for me? (Bang for the buck) I have the ingredients to make more TN that should be here within a week, and will renew that regimen, and am also working on sprouting as a source for more raw, organic material in our diet. What else (other than patience), would be beneficial?
