Guest guest
What now you ask. Call Organic Solutions and order a bottle of Lobelia and a bag of Total Nutrition if you don't already have some. I would give him two droppers before bed each night and get him exercising. Exercising will probably be the hardest part. The word exercise has become a dirty word to many people so it might be best to find out what kind of exercise he wants to do. My ideas would be kung-fu, racket ball, swiming, bikes, gym, surfing, fencing, kayaking, skiing, gardening and of course jogging being the best exercise I know of. Get him to do what he has always wanted to do and you do the same. Exercising is the true solution. The Lobelia will also help the user breath better during times of physical exertion. It would be awesome to have another great success story. You've found that the problem is that he's over weight. Get him on the Total Nutrition and on an exercise program. Extra weight will kill a person eventually so it is important to use the body. Ride bikes, run, walk or go boating or anything. Use it or lose it. We need to get him to lose that extra weight and keep it off. Get him some of the Male Energy and get him moving his body. Will he go to the gym? Has he ever wanted to take kung-fu? Get him to dig you a kitchen garden or something. I wouldn't worry about his feelings too much. Whip that boy in to shape. He can handle the truth. So can you. Are you getting enough exercise? Do you need to pawn your TV? Best of health to you both ~Bryan On Tue, 2009-02-10 at 09:49 -0800, Tish Varney wrote: Hey there Bryan!! This is Tish. I've taken Trazadone for a couple of years now to remedy my problem, but seems to cause me more leg cramping than I get if I don't have to use it. Don't like drugs as you know! We've tried everything we could find. Surprisingly, the only thing that worked completely was weight loss! He lost about 60 lbs. once, and snoring was a thing of the past until he gained back, plus. Situation sad right now, and don't want to make him feel worse than he already does. Thought of sleeping in a different room, or kicking him to the couch, but couldn't do it. Seems there is nothing I can do. Any help??? Thanks Tish
Guest guest
Excuse my two cents, but add tai chi, bowling, walking, dancing (etc.) as ideas in motion. Connect with the inner kid and make it fun in order to cultivate and habituate the doing of it. We should think of it as "movement" not "exercise." Every body needs movement. (ok, now I read further down and see that some of these ideas in motion have previously been suggested. good. but, again, make it fun. if he won't dance, can you get him throwing a soft- foot- or soccer- ball with you (or someone)? does he juggle? when I was about 55, I got a "Juggling for Dummies" kit: book and three small bean-bags. learner should limit themselves to 10-15 minutes per day, but practice every day. this will also put movement in one's life, win friends, and influence people!)
