Exercise will open up the lungs and get the flows moving better and loosing the weight will give more room for the air to pass through. This is the ultimate remedy. ~Angie~ ________________________________ Now wait a minute Angie, some people are already very skinny who snore and they exercise, what you shared is not always the case. I've had asthma all my life (change in temperature) drives it crazy. When I am very tired (exhausted) I snore, I'm small and in good shape. My husband is skinny and tall and exercises at least 1-2 hours daily, he snores louder than anyone I've ever heard. So yes what you say about exercise opening up the lungs & getting the flows moving better is very true, but it does not apply to everyone where snoring is concerned. It's just not that simple. I've done everything to rid myself of allergies with great success, but the change of temperature situation or exercise induced asthma are a reality with me. Also, I make my own Lobelia tincture from Doc's files, his recipe, I am on a quest, my husband is helping me to monitor. I will keep you all posted to see if it helps. Lobelia is great for asthma is the reason I have it on hand. Lots of it I might add, I made a whole gallon of it 2 years back and it's still excellent. The tinctures last a very long time because of the alcohol in them. Warmest regards. ~Micki~
