Guest guest
If I may can I ask a question...? What are peoples thoughts on MALE Hormone replacement, I have been told by my doctor that it's not real that men don't need it. My partner (Simon) for the past 12 years has said that I have changed in the past 5 years more prone to bad temper small tollerance when i go out shopping ( the slightest thing and I have to leave the shopping centre or just scream)... Is there something that men can do for this...? Thanks
Guest guest
In , irritability is due to yang heat rising from the liver. This is due to yin deficiency, unable to restrain yang. (It can be due to yang excess, but your case sounds like it is deficiency due to aging.) There are excellent points and herbs for this. QiGong, Tai Chi, walking at least 30 minutes a day, drinking more water. Raspberries, raspberry tea, walnuts, black rice, black beans, black sesame, red grapes, royal jelly, black chicken, sprouts, eggs. For the black sesame, use a stainless steel or glass pan. Cover 1-3 tbs with an inch of water and boil for ten minutes. Allow to cool. Eat the seeds, drink the water. Do this every morning. I have a pdf scan of anti-aging teas somewhere too, if you want me to send that. I think I still have it anyway. I've heard some good things about Chrysalis, but I've never tried it myself. - " Saber " <edwardian43 <herbal remedies > Wednesday, February 11, 2009 8:27 PM {Herbal Remedies} Male Hormone Replacement > If I may can I ask a question...?
