Guest guest
I am actually looking forward to a cleanse (feeling bogged down) but I am nursing a little baby. How much cleansing and what kind can I do while nursing him? Ramona " Live in faith, not fear. "
Guest guest
Hi Ramona, This depends on how toxic you think your body to be. I am nursing as well and I recently did a very small cleanse. If you think your self to be toxic then you would want to wait until you are done nursing as these toxins will come out in your breast milk. I did a very mild intestinal cleanse and kidney bladder cleanse. I maintained my diet as I eat raw foods regularly and everything is organic. Guest guest
I try to eat good food, not always organic, but I try. Always hormone free though. However, just after Gareth was born I was hungry and Kevin was doing meals. That means we ate a lot of quick easy to prepare stuff. Not garbage, but not nearly up to our usual standard, and I feel a little gunky. I was thinking maybe starting to juice more and trying that kind of a flush with no herbal aid. I know so much comes out in the milk and no way I am risking my son. I would love to do an intestinal cleanse. The thing is, I am a believer in extended breast feeding (Tatiana weaned herself at 17 months) so there is a possibility that I get pregnant while still nursing, so I want to de-gunk myself as mildly as possible, and not getting it in my milk.
