I would give it a go.

It is with out a doubt a very profitable crop.

It needs to grow under some trees as it requires about 90% shade.

It likes rich moist soil with lot of decomposed leaves and organic matter.

I would do a little research to find out what growing zone you're in and what kind of Ginseng would do well there in WA.

Note: Ginseng is more potent the older it is. I believe five years is the youngest you want to harvest it. The Ginseng in the picture are over 20 years old.

You can tell how old the root is by the breaks in the stem. I found one that was 37 years old. A valuable find.

I wild crafted the beautiful White American Ginseng (above) and had it tinctured minutes after harvest.

It is without a doubt the best Ginseng I have ever tasted. The quality of American Ginseng is astounding and it is the most expensive herb I know of.

I have seen roots like these sold fresh for $300 - $500 even $1000 as it is such an awesome herb. I might spend that much just for the yummy taste.

I can do twice as many reps!

I'm twenty one years old and have no problem with impotency but I have been lifting weights and trying to put on some muscle.

I have been doing a little experiment where I lift as many times as I can and then take a break. Then I take some Ginseng and I have found that I can do twice as many repartitions.

I have 35lb dumb bells and on a good day I can do 30 reps before I'm ready to drop. After doing 30 reps I take Ginseng and can some how do 60. This is truly amazing.

So what if I constantly pestered Doc about wearing that horrible Fanny Pack.

Quick as a flash Fannypack McGee reached into his Fanny Pack, pulled out a little pea shooter and shot the turkey drive by gangsta style. The car stopped and I got out and ran to the trunk. I grabbed a garbage bag and ran into the woods to bag the turkey. I couldn't believe it! Fannypack McGee had drilled that Tom right through one eye and out the other. An unbelievable shot at 20 paces with a little 22 pistol. We drove back to camp and had that turkey dressed and ready for the oven in less than an hour. It was incredible how fast we got the dirty work done and how accurate Fannypack McGee was with his little pea shooter. Twas a good day in fall when the Ginseng berries were ripe and the roots were of incredible potency.
