Total Body Cleanse question

Bryan or Doc,

If one cannot afford to purchase the whole body cleanse program, can it be

done in phases?

The thought was to do week one during one month, week two the next month,

etc. I have a friend on limited income and he is willing to do the cleanse,

but can only afford around $75-$100 per month towards it. He has several

maladies and we have come to the conclusion that his whole body is way out

of balance due to meds, toxins, lack of exercise and poor nutrition.

I'm working with him to change his diet and just by adding organic eggs and

fruit the first week, he feels quite a bit better. I also let him borrow a

quit smoking program and he is doing well on that so far. He is counting on

using the money he saves by not smoking to purchase the total cleanse

program. Each week, we change something to rid him of bad habits and

replace it with something better for his health.

He suffers from warts, skin breakouts, digestive issues, constipation,

headaches, lethargy, brain fog, insomnia, body odor, and a host of other

issues.

I know in the long run, the cost of the program will be much less expensive

than any other method to help restore his health, but his limited disability

income prevents him from getting it all at once.

Hello Diane and Folks,

This is my first time writing. Although I have no knowledge of the

whole body cleanse program and so am unable to answer the question as

you have written it, may I respond to another issue you raise about

your friend? It may be you are working on this with him already.

We've all heard "time is money" as if the "money" part were the more

valuable. If we try to understand that "money is time" is then equally

true and make our time the more valuable asset, we can begin to invest

it more wisely. That said, I just wanted to send some encouragement

for getting more movement in your friend's life, if possible. Are you

located in a place where walks are possible this time of year? Can

your friend garden, dance, yoga, tai chi, run the vacuum? It does not

need to be thought of as "exercise." There are gentle and fun ways for

people to move. We all aid our "whole body cleanse" by investing some

valuable, precious time in motion; again, if possible.

I guess I wrote because I am just, and yet again, rediscovering this to

be true for myself. Diet, herbs, sleep, and movement... and not

necessarily in that order.

Respectfully,

Cliff

If I was your friend, I would save the money each month to do the

cleanse all at once. It is much much more effective when done all

together.

Thank you Cliff,

We are already incorporating some movement, starting with an exercise tape

rented from the library, meant for unfit seniors (this guy is on 55). The

weather in New England has been very cold and icy, but walks will happen

when the weather permits. He also is using exercise bands for some

resistance exercise. He gets exhausted quickly.

I can look at him and see he is loaded with toxins, his face is red and

bumpy, as are his arms, and he really needs a good internal cleansing. I'm

not an expert in any field of health and wellness, but he trusts the

knowledge that I do have and has asked me to help.

My main concern is that he will get very ill when the toxic load begins to

release, because that happened to me. I really want to go slowly with him

in the beginning and let him get used to some of the big changes he has to

make. This week, it was to add 100 oz of water a day with fresh squeezed

lemons to start the flushing of toxins, and replace his afternoon coffee

with herbal tea. Luckily he loves hot peppers and has added them to each of

his three main meals daily.

Hi Diane,

Just wanted to add something here. Organic Solutions' Total Body

Cleanse includes two products that will prevent the common occurrence

of getting ill while detoxing.

These products are Total Tonic and Echinacea. These will boost your

immune system and kill off bacteria, viruses, parasites and fungi and

prevent getting sick in the first place.

this makes detoxing a lot more fun

:-) .
