Guest guest
Did I read that correctly? Did Bryan say Lobelia is a good remedy for snoring??? I have been trying to research this and the only thing I come up with on the web when I search for herbal snoring remedies are products made by companies and I have bought enough of those to know they are generally just crap. We've tried the Breathe Right Strips too. Oddly enough, those seem to make it WAY worse. Increases air flow... increases the noise with the air flow. LOL! Guest guest
This came to great surprise to me, let me share the story. A couple of months ago, we visited someone and they snored so loud, it was unbearable for me to sleep. It sounded as if a freight train was coming threw and frequently you didn't think he was going to breathe again, it was terrible. When we got home my husband started snoring pretty loud every night , not as loud as the guy I was talking about but very annoying (I thought my gosh this is contagious) Then my husband started complaining about constipation, so we started working on that it took a couple of days to where he had a decent movement, and needless to say, that day the snoring seized and hasn't since. A couple of weeeks later,(we are gluntened for punishment) We return to the frieght-train snorer's home but a couple weeks prior I ask him out of selfisness on my part will you take this formula if I send it to you so I can sleep. He was intially glad to but he didnt like being bothered after several days as too much was coming out so he stopped working on his colon but he did enough to where the volume was cut by 3/4 so it was no problem bearing the noise.I would of never put those together but give it a try and see what happens. Guest guest
Yes, my husband snores louder with the breathing strips, too! I would love to know how ot get rid of his snoring! I literally keep a pair of ear plugs by my bed for those nights when his "sawing" gets out of control. My husband is a bit overweight, but he was not overweight when we got married 26 years ago and he snored just as bad then! His weight is not the problem~his entire family (all siblings) are snorers of the worst kind. Guest guest
Yeah... Snoring Strips don't work. We have had one success of Lobelia & organic lifestyle getting rid of snoring. We would love to see more. Need guinea pigs, any takers? Call OS Inc. and get a bottle. Tell the list how it works. It would be awesome if the solution to snoring was so simple and inexpensive. Its amazing how there are so many workable herbal remedies for all kinds of ailments. We have found that Total Nutrition and Castor oil is great for baldness. We've just been having fun trying to put the pharmaceutical companies out of business. All the best ~B On Sat, 2009-02-07 at 17:11 +0000, robertshike wrote: herbal remedies , " Angie " <mtmoonkitty wrote: > > Did I read that correctly? Guest guest
For all of the snoring questions...the best way to get rid of snoring and keep it away is to exercise and loose weight. Exercise will open up the lungs and get the flows moving better and loosing the weight will give more room for the air to pass through. This is the ultimate remedy.
