Guest guest
Sounds to me like your adrenals need healing. Check out the book " Adrenal Fatigue 21st Century " . I think you may be amazed at what you will read and find. Doc's Total Nutrition does wonders, you should be drinking it multiple times a day for proper nutrition and help with your adrenals. I am sure Doc or Bryan will chime in on this. Bryan ---- dppromo wrote: > I have ALWAYS had super dry skin, almost painful. I have daily fatigue....it makes me have no motivation to do anything. Guest guest
I would suggest that you get tested for candida and ability to digest foods. I personally have an overload of yeast and an ND diagnosed it, along with a wheat allergy. Removing wheat from my diet (not as easy as it sounds, it is hidden in lots of things), got rid of a lot of pain, sluggishness, and nausea at times. I'm working on the candida myself, but it seems to rear up unexpectedly, causing itching, rashes, lethargy, and the feeling of a full and bloated stomach. I discovered coffee with milk makes it worse, so switching to green tea only has helped a lot. I'm overweight, and as I lose a few pounds the candida seems to be released and create havoc. Doc's blood formula would probably help, and I will be trying that soon. I would guess that the sluggishness is probably a food allergy and the inability to digest foods completely. I am trying my best to eat just organic foods, in their raw form, nuts, seeds, fruit, veggies, and cooked fish, fowl and beef, when I can cook for myself. While at work (in a restaurant), I avoid almost everything there except the salads and steamed broccoli. I drink 1 tsp of organic raw apple cider vinegar in about 6 oz. of water before each meal to help digestion. Recently I started burping after I eat, which hadn't been happening for about 4 years. So I guess it is working. I USED to have your symptoms. It's nice to now be able to get up and get going. Good luck, Diane A VETERAN Whether on active duty, retired, national guard or reserve, is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to " The United States of America, " for an amount of " up to and including my life.
