Guest guest
Doc, i am askin for a friend of mine whose child has muscle weakness, she is 3 years old and went though all kind of tests. I read all of your nerves and muscle vitamin recomondations, do they apply also at this strenght for a 3 year old child? Guest guest
Dear Werner, Yes, they do apply. Just remember your 150 Rule when it comes to dosages. Take the weight of the child and put it over 150. Example: A child weighs 50lbs. You put 50 over 150 and you'll get this reducing down as a fraction to 1/3rd. The dosage of a 50lb child would be 1/3rd the adult dosage of the same herb. Any common herb you give to an adult can be given to a child. There are a few rarer herbs or more potent herbs I'd start off even smaller with, but the above is a good general rule.
