Someone sent in the site..... http://www.accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/peanutbutterrecall/index.cfm On the bottom of that list is CLIF bars http://www.accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/peanutbutterrecall/brand_list.cfm?brand=CLIF%20BAR & cat=Snack%20Bar On this list is an organic peanut butter bar they make for kids. We were wondering how this could be that this peanut butter was used in an organic product? Also wondering how many " organic " companies out there are lying to us? I know there are varying degrees of organic these days, but come on. I am now planning on growing peanuts to make my own peanut butter with next season. There have been problems in the hatcheries where they are finding baby chicks covered with salmonella.
