Ear infection

My dog (a yellow lab/sharpei mix) 's right ear is terribly reddened and

is bothering her badly. I can not find any foreign bodies in her ear. It

looks like the ear has possibly been bleeding, but it is old blood. I

used Thyme oil a couple of times which seemed to aggravate the problem,

so this am I treated it with a Nasturtium oil/cayenne tincture mixture.

I used a Qtip to apply it to the external and internal canal.

Any other suggestions?
