Guest guest
I've had yeast infections since taking antibiotics a few mos ago. One thing I had not thought about is that antibiotics are present in meats, milk, cheese, etc. Are the quantities great enough that I should start eating only organic meat & dairy products? Also, I've read of countless cures for yeast infections (it's all so confusing). Is there a good remedy that works???? I'm following the no sugar diet as closely as possible & feel good about that (but I just don't see the results I had hoped for). Ideas?? Thank you. Guest guest
You are going to have to do a cleanse. I also had no results using the low sugar diet, but doing Doc's total body cleanse turned me around. You should only eat organic meant & dairy ALWAYS. NEVER touch it if you don't know that safe.
