Guest guest
Hi Doc, I have a six month old baby who has what seems to be excess stomach acid. He is still nursing but is spitting up alot.I have tried to give him some baby food and he still spits it up, even rice cereal.Would using silver help heal his stomach? Guest guest
Hello, I am currently a nursing Mama and I have found that my diet is key to my baby's tummy. Look over what you are eating and see if there is anything that is very acidic. For me Chocolate and tomato sauce had to go because they upset Zea's tummy. Pay attention to how your baby reacts after you eat certain foods, I have found this to be very helpful for me. I make a mean green drink every morning and I think that this really helps to keep Zea and I pretty well fed with happy stomachs. This is what is in my green drink every day: All Organic ingredients: 12oz Apple Juice Ginger - 1 thumb sized chunk 1 or 2 handfuls of spinach or kale 2 tablespoons of Total Nutrition 1/2 teaspoon MSM powder 2 tablespoons Udo's Oil 2 tablespoons Body Balance+ 1 Banana It is a great drink; it fills me up and makes me feel so awake and fed and Zea is always very happy and alert when she eats after or while I am drinking this. Here is a picture of Zea and I at work☺ ~Kelly~ rockcreekherbs wrote: Hi Doc, I have a six month old baby who has what seems to be excess stomach acid.
