it means the CONGRESS FOR THE " RIGHTS " OF

CHILDREN. I believe that it is largely one of the

brain children of Hillary Clinton.

 

It states that it's purposes include protection of

children from sexual exploitation.

 

It also attacks parental rights.

 

Here is the deal on this line of pseudo thought:

 

Kids who are 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, are not fully

 

formed thinkers. They are developing into but not

 

by any means fully developed as RATIONAL SELF DIRECTED

 

BEINGS.

 

That is why children were designed to have parents who

 

have the obligation to use rational authority to guide and

 

protect children from their pre rational ideas and plans.

 

 

Removal of parental authority ENDANGERS CHILDREN. It puts them

 

in too much control of their own destiny far too early. When this

 

happens, quite a few of them go " adventuring " through life with

 

alcohol, sex, living on the street, criminal elements, and other

 

serious forms of risk taking.

 

Once these children now " freed " from the " abuses " of parental

authority by imbeciles like Clinton break the law and get caught,

they become the PROPERTY OF THE STATE.

 

Once they are property of the state, the real abuse begins, and the

ocd narcissistic Clintonian bureaucrats feel somehow better... having

aquired MORE CONTROL OVER OTHERS.

 

in liberal fascism, the administrators control others in inverse

relationship to their inability to control themselves.

To add to Michael's post, with Hillary as the Secretary of State, she

can sign treaties such as this UN treaty without approval of Congress.
