Blood test came back with very low iron in my red blood cells. So,

since red blood cells are what carry oxygen I have jumped to the

conclusion that I have to quit smoking. DR said cold turkey is the

best way to go but I was wondering if there were any herbs out there 1

to boost my iron count and 2 to help me not be cranky as I quit? Any

advice would be appreciated and thanks in advance, Rayne.

Hi Kristen,

Quiting smoking is a good idea for your overall health.

Doc has a product called Body Balance + which is simply Black strap

molasses &

unfiltered apple cider vinegar with a few dropperfuls of Black walnut

hull tincture(all organic of course).

This will help to fortify your blood as the molasses is a great iron

builder.

As for actually quiting, there is a product called Huff 'n' Puff which

was designed to help people quit.

It is Mullein and Lobelia in a base of ACV and has worked wonders for

people in helping them quit.

you just take the tincture whenever you want a cigarette. The Lobelia

not only helps to cleans the lungs,

it also calms you down and helps the cravings pass. for more

information on these, you can call Docs

office toll free @ 1-888-898-9660.

Dear Rayne,

Very simple.

1. Get started on the Body Balance+ Formula right away to handle the

low iron. Nothing handles Iron problems like the BB+.

2. Use my "Huff 'n' Puff" Formula (as in the Files) to help you quit

smoking. Very simple = every time you feel like a cig, you just take a

dropperful of the HnP and the craving goes away.

There's obviously something out on your diet to cause the low iron in

your blood, but this would require an evaluation.

If you've listened to both of my lectures, you're welcome to call me

for some Health Tutoring, and together we can create a Health Program

for you.

Let me know.

All the best,

Doc
