Guest guest
what would cause a man to gain weight, when before I was always thin.Is it a thighroid problem,or a sign of getting older.I'm 48,but I have a workout job in a supermarket running a hamburger machine.I'm also doing warehouse work there lifting 60 and 100 pound boxes over and over through out my workshift!I've never been fat in my life when, suddenly about 5 years ago I just starting gaining weight, even tho I've been a regular bicycle rider.I'v always rode a bike to get around.I also use to be able to eat about 2, sometimes 3 plates of food if I wanted to.Now,I seem to get full on just 1 plate.I use to take pride in be able to eat and eat and not gain weight. It would be nice to know the reason for the change. Thanks.
