Dr. Shillington,

I read in one of your articles about the uses of urea and urine therapy.I want to know more about your opinion about urea.Would it be a good source of survival food ?How does one buy it and what do we ask for when purchasing it?What form is it in and so forth?

Your help would be greatly appeciated.I know a little about urine therapy and have read books on it and I overcame diabetes by doing it several years ago.What I need to know is , if our diets are pure enough now to be doing it .I do not take any prescription drugs and try to eat right but finding pure foods that are not contaminated is very difficult.I try to keep an alkaline diet and drink distilled water.Is there anything you can add ?

Dear Wanda,

This wasn't in one of my articles.

I've never tried Urine therapy though I have heard some good results

from it.

However this is hearsay, and not first hand knowledge.
