English Ivy question

Rich has been taking English Ivy for the past month or so and even with

his recent bronchitis episode, his lung capacity seems improved

drastically. He has been using prepared capsules. I grow the ivy and

want to do my own. Should I dry the leaves for a tea or would I be

better off making a tincture? Advise, please!

Tea or tincture will be awesome. I would dry the herbs to make the tea.

A tincture would be stronger and stronger still if you make it with fresh herbs.

Tinctures are nice because they last decades where the dried herb tea will lose potency every year.

Is this the English Ivy we grow in pots and in the yard? This is so exciting to me because I have a very hard time with bronchitis, and my sons do as well. I hate to get bronchitis, because of my hypothyroidism, it takes FOREVER to overcome it. I love natural treatments and remedies, so this is great news. Peggy
