Raw Garlic is the best. Capsules just don't do the trick.

Raw Garlic can be hard for some folks to eat. Some cut it into pill size

pieces and swallow it with water while others munch it down like candy.

Dose is 100% up to you but with Garlic more is better. Start by eating a

clove and work yourself up to a bulb or two. No such thing as too much.

Feel free to eat it like food cause it is food. Garlic hitting an empty

tummy can make you spew so take it on a gradient. Best
