My Gram pa 83 who had almost no hair started growing it back after he

ate raw and Doc's Total Nutrition.

Granny cuts his hair and says its coming back above his temples and

everywhere which is hard to believe cuz he was like totally bald the

last time I saw him.

Improve your diet is my advice and start with some of that Nutrition

Raw simply means not cooking foods and eating them when they are still

alive.

somehow I deduced via magnifying glass, invisible ink, secret code ring, detectivery, various anonymous tipsters, a psychic parrot, divination, dice, and other deductive, inductive, clairvoyant and supernatural methods that raw was in fact NOT refering to the Eddie Murphy method of healthful eating!

takes deep bow.!

I have been meaning to respond to this

email because I notice several people have concerns in this area. I, too,

had a problem with my hair thinning. This has happened several

times. My hair was very thick, so I wasn’t too concerned until I

noticed my hair line moving significantly back from my temples and significant

loss at the base in the back.

In looking back, the times were all due to

stress.

The remedies were:

Relax

and take better care of myself emotionally. Allowing ourselves to

become frustrated is devasting to our health. Our bodies were made

to be at peace. The frustration usually comes when someone else is

not doing what they are suppose to; and we feel it necessary, for whatever

reason, to do it ourselves, instead of letting the natural consequences

happen for the person not taking the responsibility to do it. When

we do the responsibility that is not ours, it will bring frustration and resentment

100% of the time. When frustration comes it is our flashing red

light to stop and back up. It is because it is not ours to do.

We are not helping anyone by running that red light and doing it anyway.

Next,

take 2 tablespoons a day of Udo’s

Oil (can be bought at any health food store), or any omega 3, such as cod

liver oil or fish oil. This stopped the loss within 2 days and

reversed the loss. I noticed regrowth within a week or two.

It

also helps to melt some coconut oil and put it on the scalp, over night if

possible. Olive oil on the scalp will help also.

I

found that tea tree oil would cleanse the scalp and clean extra well in

order to start regrowth.

Take

some nice quiet long walks.

Hope this helps and sorry for the delay in

answering. This is such an important question.

ITA with the need for total nutrition. I have heard stories of 'hair recovery'

from many people after they added good whole-foods based supplements to their

diet. That includes me.

Doc's Total Nutrition looks great, so get some and see what happens.

Be prepared for many 'side effects', GOOD ones! That's what I love about

natural health . You start eating a good food because you want to thicken your

hair, and you end up with more energy, fewer aches and pains, better digestion,

and so on!

Why anyone would look for drugs first is beyond me.
