My daughter who is 5 years old has had a cough with chest congestion for about 2 weeks now. I would like to know the best way to handle this naturally. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I always start off with a shot of fresh squeezed lemon/lime juice either mixed in water or followed by a glass of water. That normally breaks up the mucus to ease up congestion.Gretchen Conway <gpconwayherbal remedies Sent: Sunday, December 7, 2008 9:45:58 PMSubject:

Call Doc's company for some of his Huff

& Puff formula. Organic Solutions makes the highest quality

tinctures with generations of experience, made in small batches + fresh

organic herbs = potency.

Huff & Puff is made with Lobelia and Mullein. These are the top

herbs for chest congestion, coughing and respiratory spasms.
