Grouply and other Crap

Dear All,

Just to let you know there has been a lot of spam from "Grouply" lately.

If you get any of this on your plate saying it is from a friend from

Herbal Remedies, this is false.

Please forward any requests you get from Grouply to me and I'll have

the person banned.

Yes, do not sign up even if you are invited by a friend it very well may be a false invitation.

It definitely is---it's not your friend usually---once they sign up Grouply takes over their mail list and sends itself to everyone.
