Severe bowel disease - My 6 year old son

Hello everyone,

 

I'm looking for help for my six year old son with autism who has very severe bowel disease - similar to Crohn's. In an effort to keep this simple, I will just say that we have tried everything to get it under control, allopathic medicine, homeopathic, probiotcs, antibiotics, antifungals, antivirals, and special diets. Right now he is on the specific carbohydrate diet and it has helped some.

 

My question is what herbs would you recommend. I would love to ease his pain and sooth his digestive tract. We have tried several herbs without success, but maybe something you would suggest would help.
