The doctor on it is all for using natural supplements and not drugs. He has suggested using vitamin D3. He said to take 50,000 iu for 3 to 5 days then drop down to 5,000 iu. In his news letter he quotes some studies that have been made and says that he has had good results in his clinic.Note to Doc: hopefully this is alright to post here, but this person sounds desperate.DennyPS Be sure you use D3 not the other stuff. herbal remedies, "Chris" <ttwarrior1@ ...> wrote:>> ive tried it all, echinacea, goldenseal, vitamin c, garlic, onion, > total tonic, cayenne, hot tea, mega greens if i kept typing everything > ive tried, it would take a full page and doubt you can list anything. > One day it might be stopped up nose, next day it might be cough. Guest guest
Vitamin D3 is a natural form the others are synthetic. It truly is the so called " sunshine vitamin. " For those who get lots of sun they really don't need much of this. But many who live in the north during the winter or work inside vitamin D3 is recommended. Guest guest
Would you believe I live in the south on a farm where we are out doors a lot. I was having some health issues so my medical doctor had a test done to see my level of D and it was 8 which is alarmingly low. He said to take 800 IU daily however from my reading, I bought 5,000 IU. Will have it retested in Jan. Edith In a message dated 12/4/2008 11:24:27 A.M. Guest guest
This is true data. I've taken as much as 25,000 a day for a week with no adverse affects. I think the person below is referring to Vitamin A. You can take too much of that. All the best, Doc gabriele wrote: ...... We have a local health program on the radio in Chicago.
