ive tried it all, echinacea, goldenseal, vitamin c, garlic, onion,

total tonic, cayenne, hot tea, mega greens if i kept typing everything

ive tried, it would take a full page and doubt you can list anything.

One day it might be stopped up nose, next day it might be cough. Its

not real bad like a flu but it will not go away, . it actually happened

about a month after i stopped chiropractic adjustments since i could no

longer afford it.

This sounds like blocked sinuses. I had a (dry) cough for YEARS, though I was

perfectly healthy and didn't relize I had it. My wife pointed it out to me.

I got, and used, a sinus rince and that seemed to have fixed it. I still

have to use it once in a while, but it does work.

Hope that helps.

Sorry to hear that bro, I have been having very good luck with a vast array

of virulent infections here in the rainforests with a pure alcohol extract of Osha Root that I brought with me from Arizona , seems to help a lot of people. I diluted to 50% with water and taken sub-lingually for a few days, seems to knock out most cold and flew visuses in a couple of days, sorry don't have any silver bullets but the Indians I live here with come and ask me for it now very often, from an herbalist --- On Mon, 12/1/08, Chris <ttwarrior1 wrote:

We have a local health program on the radio in Chicago. The doctor on it is all

for using natural supplements and not drugs. He has suggested using vitamin D3.

He said to take 50,000 iu for 3 to 5 days then drop down to 5,000 iu. In his

news letter he quotes some studies that have been made and says that he has had

good results in his clinic.

Note to Doc: hopefully this is alright to post here, but this person sounds

desperate.

Denny

PS Be sure you use D3 not the other stuff.

Chris,

Not enough data.

Give my office a call so that we can get a dialogue going.

Sometimes a lot of questions need to be asked in order to find the

cause.

There are also other things like taking extra garlic and doing hot

baths or saunas at night. Using a half a clove of garlic as a

suppository is also very beneficial.

But without all the data, these are only helpful hints.

In Knowledge, Health and Freedom,

Doc

Too bad you don't have enough for an Orange as the vitamin C in the

peel and fruit would help. In your pile of natural products, do you

have quality Lobelia or Mullein tincture? I have tried many, many

herbal products that were poor quality as they are made on too large of

a scale and diluted for money making purposes. Organic Solutions has

quality Organic herbal preparations that are made in small batches and

very potent. Call Organic Solutions toll free 1-888-898-9660 and speak

to an herbalist. Lobelia or Mullein are great herbs for coughs and the

lungs. Study up on these herbs as antibiotics don't work and take years

off ones lifespan. All the best in getting rid of your cough.~b
