For quite some time I took mega doses of Vitamins A, D and C and also

took Vitamin B complex and a Calcium complex as well. I also took

separate Magnesium, selenium and zinc. I took lots of fish oils--

Salmon cod liver and omega 3 6 9; as well as other food supplements--

garlic, brewers yeast, desiccated liver, bromelain, ginsing, kelp,

ginko Biloba lecithen a probiotic etc. Last night my chest hurt. Today

I noticed a bit of bleeding from the vagina. I haven't had

menstruation for 8 to 9 years. I have recently stopped taking the

Vitamin A Selenium zinc and magnesium. I was wondering if my body is

rebelling as I no longer tak thes supplements. Should I not take

supplements at all and just get what I need from diet. I also use

three different green drinks--alfalfa one with barley green and also

one with mixed greens and fruits and veggies. I don't see the problem

with the green drinks. one of the reason I was taking supplements was

to prevent disease and also to help with a very painful knee which I

am not sure if it is arthritis or not. I don't do doctors. I haven't

had a check up for over 19 years. I don't trust the regular medical

doctor. anyone with suggestions would be appreciated. I do have

tomorrow off work and would like to figure out what to do tomorrow if

possible. My boss wants me to go to the doctor. Thank you for you

help.---Glenda
