Guest guest
Dear Andy, Do a bowl cleanse. More than 80% of classic migraines are caused by Bowl problems. Call 828-835-8071 Organic Solutions and get this handled once and for all. -Wild Crafter P.S. My advice is to get off all Soy Products. GMO KILLS and 90% of Soy is GMO I have had what is apparently known as " classic migraine " headaches off and on for decades. They were worse in degree and frequency as a teenager but now I am 40 yrs old and 1 yr past a total hysterectomy. One month before my 40th B-day I changed my diet to a vegan diet. No animal products at all, very limited sugar and the resulting diet is very high in soy products, fresh (locally grown) veggies, whole grains and legumes. I stuck to the new lifestyle like a fiend for the month. Felt GREAT!! Was sleeping better and feeling better every day. Then, for the last 2 weeks (almost solid since my birthday!) I have been having a terrible headache with nausea and weird visual disturbances. It waxes and wanes but never goes totally away. Still on the vegan diet but sticking with the same veggie soup lunch and dinner for lack of desire from head pain and vision problems. Nausea trashes breakfast. Green tea with honey is the usual breakfast. >From reading the old posts I have learned that the bowel can cause most headaches. My concern is that there is something ELSE that I am lacking. The bowel movements are usually 2/day and no problem. Would a bowel cleanse help? Is there anything else? I am concerned that the drastic lifestyle change is leaving something out that I need that is causing the problem. I take a B-complex supplement daily. I just don't want to take " regular medicine " . Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much, Andi
