Hi, I am trying to keep to an alkaline diet as I feel better for it,

but I love rice milk and it is a great alternative to milk for millet

and quinoa in the mornings, But..... is it acid forming, my body says

no but what I have read says possibly , but have had conflicting data.

I also find eating rice calming on my body and I also feel satiated

unlike eating just greens, this time of the year the uk gets very cold

and damp and warm foods are necessary. I do use quionoa and millet too

and believe them (?) to be alkaline,

Also My father in law has high cholestrol, but does not like garlic,

would garlic capsule/tablets/gel capsules work as well or even nearly

as well.

Help!

Hello,

As you are trying to keep your alkaline diets up, here is Doc's Ph

Chart!

Garlic is the best, but Lecithin is a close 2nd alternative. You can

get Organic Non-GMO Lecithin from Doc!
