Guest guest
Hi, I am trying to keep to an alkaline diet as I feel better for it, but I love rice milk and it is a great alternative to milk for millet and quinoa in the mornings, But..... is it acid forming, my body says no but what I have read says possibly , but have had conflicting data. I also find eating rice calming on my body and I also feel satiated unlike eating just greens, this time of the year the uk gets very cold and damp and warm foods are necessary. I do use quionoa and millet too and believe them (?) to be alkaline, Also My father in law has high cholestrol, but does not like garlic, would garlic capsule/tablets/gel capsules work as well or even nearly as well.
