When to prepare tinctures based on phases of the moon?

Greetings Exalted Healthy Persons,

 

I am wanting to prepare DTRO and BF & C and I need to know when to mix

it and let it sit. I thought I remembered that I had to do it at a

certain time of the lunar cycle so that the moon's gravity could help

pull the goodies out of the ingredients.

You want to prepare on the

New Moon and press on the Full.
