I have heard and personally experienced good results from a fruit juice

fast. For 3 days I consumed nothing but water and fresh uncontanimated

(juicer at home I borrowed) fruit juice of various kinds- carrot,

celery, apple, orange, etc. I have never done it for any longer being

pregnant or nursing most of the time. But I had a UTI, and just

generally wasn't feeling well. SO I tried it. I did not have any

negative side effects, and felt much better w/i a week of starting the

fast.

 

Has anyone else experienced similar benefits?
