Parasite formula instructions

Hi Dr. Shillington,

 

When making the anti-parasite formula, are the black walnut hulls

first soaked in alcohol for 24 hours, everything then discarded except

the tincture which is then added to the mix?

 

Or can everything be thrown in the blender at once to make the tincture?

 

Or soak the black walnut hulls in the vodka for 24 hours-- then put

the black walnut hulls and vodka in with the rest of the formula?

 

I bought pre-cut black walnut hulls, so maybe I'm making this more

complicated than it should be and can just add everything together at

once.
