Hello One and All and Happy Fall!

I am trying to make the Total Tonic Recipe and could not find the

fresh Tumeric. I was able to find the powder form and was wondering

how much of that would I use in place of a handful of fresh chopped

Tumeric.

Another question I have, on the bottle it says that it includes

Cayenne Pepper but the recipe calls for Jalapeno peppers. Does it

really matter or should I try to get fresh Cayenne?

Thanks for your time.

Oh Oh Oh by the way, I used the stuff I bought with fantastic results

for myself, my daughters and my father!

We are coming into the season of flu's and colds and everyone at work

is getting sooooo sick so I want some on hand there also to give them

and to help protect myself! LOL

Thanks Doc and ALL

Sincerely, Léonie
