Guest guest
" Take a walk " is a very simple assist developed by L Ron Hubbard and is a method used as an assist by Volunteers all over the world for people panicked or out of sorts from valid trauma or other more subjective forms of stress. When you take a walk look at the trees, flowers, sky, kids, etc.; Look for things that interest you and try to find something interesting in everything. Feel the ground beneath your feet, take deep breaths and feel the air filling your lungs. Do this until you feel better and do this every single time you get stressed. You'll find it's the best remedy! I've used it on groups of kids who are sugared out after birthday cake and are climbing the walls with glee and hysteria, it does work and is really fun to do and costs nothing! If interested I could send you a booklet on this and other similar assists. Guest guest
Dear JoAnne, Bach Flower Remedies work on some and have no effect on others. The same can be said for all homeopathics, whereas Herbals are extremely potent and work on everyone. Others have offered you advice and it was all good. The only other thing I'd like to add is to continue to get yourself educated. If you call my office or send me a private comm with your snail mail addy, I'll have the office fire off a copy of that FREE CD Lecture of mine to you. There are nutritional tips in the lecture that you can apply and use immediately. Unlike a pin in the arm which is an obvious cause to a discomfort, mental conditions are far more complex. There can be physical reasons, environmental reasons, familial reasons, work reasons, marital reasons, and any combination thereof contributing to the overall mental condition. Stress of one form or another is the mental "cause" behind it all. And yet, that stress can also come from physical reasons. If you are not eating correctly, if you are far too toxic, and if you're not getting enough exercise, these and all the above could be sitting behind all this. The place to start is with that FREE CD Lecture and then we'll take it from there.
