Thanks for sharing it. I believe that this term list was created by a research division of China's State Administration of TCM (SATCM). It was represented by Zhu Jian-Ping at the World Health Organization (WHO) terminology meetings a few years back. The English terms on this list were not chosen by the WHO, but the Chinese definitions of the terms were the basis of most of the WHO definitions. In other words, the English isn't great, but the Chinese definitions of the terms make this a key reference work in the terminology field.
